1

Personal Information (Taarifa Binafsi)

Start your CV with clear, accurate personal details that match your official government documents.

  • Use your full names exactly as they appear on your NIDA and Academic Certificates.
  • Provide a professional email address (e.g., first.last@email.com).
  • Include a reliable, active phone number.
  • State your physical address or region of residence.
2

Professional Summary (Muhtasari)

Write a brief, powerful statement at the top of your CV that highlights your core qualifications.

  • Keep it to 3-4 sentences maximum.
  • Highlight your profession, years of experience, and key strengths.
  • Tailor this summary to align with the specific government sector you are applying to.
3

Educational Background (Elimu)

List your education in reverse-chronological order (starting with the most recent degree/certificate).

  • Include the Institution Name, Degree/Certificate obtained, and Graduation Year.
  • Ensure the details strictly match the NECTA and TCU databases used by Ajira Portal.
  • Only include relevant and officially completed education.
4

Work Experience (Uzoefu wa Kazi)

Focus on your achievements and responsibilities in previous roles, rather than just listing daily tasks.

  • List the Job Title, Organization Name, and Dates of Employment.
  • Use action verbs (e.g., Managed, Facilitated, Developed).
  • Include relevant volunteer work or internships if you are a recent graduate.
5

Referees (Wadhamini)
